In accordance with consumer law, it is possible to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days, without having to give a reason, paying only the cost of return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit the return/ withdrawal form found on our website. The statement, together with the proof of purchase or a copy of it, should be sent to the e-mail address: zamowienia@pieceofwood.pl or enclose it with the returned order.

Please note that the returned goods should be protected from damage in transit (preferably in the original packaging, with all original materials to protect the goods from damage). 

Refund of payment is made to the bank account number indicated in the return/ withdrawal form within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return shipment along with the necessary documents. The right of withdrawal does not extend to certain cases, such as personalized goods or goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications.
