Piece of Wood started in my home. I have always been interested in design, and when decorating my own apartment, I wanted to create an unorthodox interior that would be a warm haven for my family.

I am a perfectionist, so I felt that I would do it best myself. Over time, I found that my first projects were enjoyed by others: my guests, friends and family. It was for them that I created more wooden objects, until eventually hobbyist chiseling became a craft and a passion, giving masses of satisfaction.

A lot has changed since then - I've improved my workshop, accumulated new tools and learned a lot about wood, but one thing still remains the same: each product signed with the Piece of Wood logo is an individual and equally important project for me. From the selection of boards and their processing, to the selection of metal accessories and putting it together, to the final touches when the dust in the studio settles.

I put the same amount of heart and attention into each realization, and I am also open to your suggestions.
